Our story

Built by hand, one class at a time

Sepetang began in 2020 with Farisha: a homemaker with an SPM certificate, a notebook of recipes and a stubborn wish to build something of her own.

She learned one class at a time — bread, pastry, then the Malay dishes she grew up with. She tried, fell, got back up and kept going. Today that journey is a warm, industrial-style café in Pandan Indah, where the laksa is slow-cooked and the pastries come out of our own oven.

Sepetang means “one afternoon”. That’s what we hope you find here: an unhurried afternoon, good coffee and something sweet.
